First bombshell has landed!

We received a letter from our lawyer's informing us that our developer has asked for the 10% payment.

They even attached proof.

The foundation is completed. How much will we need to pay? Scared ley :S

Hmm... what do I need to do upon receipt of this letter? Pay who, how? Help please?
