We always have a problem deciding where to go after that. Nothing major in the west, it's either IMM or Jurong Point. Jurong Point was out, as we just went shopping there not long ago and it was quite boring... sad. By elimination, we were left with IMM. As usual, it was raining when we wanted to leave, which meant we wouldn't be able to get a cab. We tried our luck on the main road, constantly trying to get a more strategic position, until we realized we should just walk over.
And so we did. We walked through Jurong Centre. Hadn't been there since our father stopped coming with us to the Science Centre.
What's for dinner? Nothing really interested us. There's only Hoshi, which looked really expensive years ago and we could only drool from a distance. Now, it didn't look so prohibitive anymore. All the years I have been working in Jurong, I've never been here because it's not halal.
Looking at the spread, perhaps the money would be better spent at Kuishinbo.
Anyway, we were all old and cannot eat much anymore. Sad...
